Lean Six Sigma & Structured Problem Solving

This in-depth sixty-four hour workshop combines a comprehensive classroom presentation with practical application through project exercises. We introduce the basic concepts of Lean Six Sigma and demonstrate the tools and methodology necessary to successfully apply them within the DMAIC process improvement framework. Participants will complete a project focused on their business while participating in the classroom experience and applying the learned skills.

Participants will gain an understanding of and experience applying tools within the DMAIC framework. The Green Belt will be able to support Black Belt projects and lead most continuous improvement projects.
