This in-depth workshop combines a comprehensive classroom presentation with practical application through project exercises. The eight instructional days of knowledge transfer are spread out to allow the practical application of the methodology. We cover the basic concepts of Lean Six Sigma and demonstrate the tools and methodology necessary to successfully apply them within the DMAIC process improvement framework. Participants are encouraged to complete a project focused on their business while participating in the classroom experience and applying the learned skills.

Participants will gain an understanding of and experience applying tools within the DMAIC framework. The methodical identification, collection and analysis of data leads to decisions that drive meaningful corrective actions, achieving significant ROI. The Green Belt will be able to support Black Belt projects, lead continuous improvement projects, solve complex problems, and generate results through application of the DMAIC process.
